Here we provide all the main functions for setting up ResIN, together with how they work, what is their rationale and how you may want to modify them depending on your needs.

At the moment, this step-by-step tutorial is available only for Python. However, algorithms are explained in detail also using pseudocode. Therefore, the material is enough to allow anyone to re-write the code in any other language.

For example, another researcher recently used this to write the code in R (and because of this, a tutorial for R is coming soon). Indeed, if you re-write the code in another language and you are willing to share it with us, please, let us know and we will be glad to set up a tutorial based on your code.
